Q What is sequal eclipse 5 battery life?
The Eclipse 5 cart allows you to take your portable oxygen concentrator wherever you go. It has large robust wheels and a telescoping handle for easy adjustment of height. The cart can easily be removed with a turn knob for at-home use.
The SeQual Eclipse AC Power Supply plugs into any standard household electrical outlet with power from 100 VAC to 240 VAC, and 50-60 Hz. There is a green LED that is illuminated when AC Power Supply is providing power to the Eclipse Portable Oxygen Concentrator.

When the battery temperature is within safe charging range and AC power is available, Eclipse 5 charges the battery. If the battery is inserted and charged, the gadget will automatically switch to the battery when external power is cut off. The device will receive electricity from the external power source and recharge the battery when external power is restored by connecting to an AC outlet. The battery does not have to be installed in order for the Eclipse 5 to function.

The battery will fully charge using the external desktop charger in roughly 3 hours, compared to the 5 hours it will take to charge the battery while it is inserted into the device.

The SeQual Eclipse DC Power Supply can be used in most cars, trucks, or RVs which have 15 to 20-amp circuits. It has a green LED indicator that signals when the Eclipse portable oxygen concentrators power supply is connected and operating.
The Eclipse DC power supply unit cord is 3 feet long, and the power cord is 6 feet long. It may be carried in a handbag or backpack and conveniently rest on any desk or table.

Eclipse 5 DC charger Specification:
- When using DC power, all continuous flow and pulse settings are available. When the machine is connected to DC power, all continuous flow settings up to 2.0LPM and all pulse flow settings 1 to 9 will charge the battery cartridge.
- With a unit cord that is 3 feet long and a power cord that is 6 feet long, the Eclipse DC power supply is compact and lightweight.
- The battery symbol will waterfall if the Eclipse 5 battery is charging. The battery icon will be solid if the Eclipse 5 battery is not charged.

Charging in a Variety of Environments:
The ability to power the concentrator and charge its battery through the DC power source is one of the SeQual Eclipse 5s biggest upgrades over its predecessor, the Eclipse 3.
Any pulse flow configuration will simultaneously power the machine and charge the battery when using the DC supply. If you have a patient with continuous flow, the Eclipse 5 will charge in the car at a constant setting of 2 LPM, but the DC supply will only power the concentrator at a continuous setting of 3 LPM while not charging.
Compatible with Many Vehicles:
The majority of automobiles, trucks, SUVs, RVs, and watercrafts can use the DC power supply. You should always make sure that your car is running before using the DC supply.
Inactivity may cause your cars battery to drain, which could prevent it from starting and possibly leave you stuck for an extended period of time.
