Shipping & Cancellation Policy


We at Emerdepot  know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest and sanitized condition, and on time. So we use a large network of courier to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3 -5  workings days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Paid shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value.
The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.

Cancellation Policy

Emerdepot.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cash On Delivery Policy

As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

  • To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
  • C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of any products online.
  • Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
  • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
  • If the product is open, do not accept the order.
  • No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

Using Cash Back & Promo Codes/Coupons

  • Cash back Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
  • Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
  • Two offers cannot be clubbed together for using the Promo Code.
  • Emerdepot.com reserves the right to cancel any promotional ‘Promo Code’ and the transactions in which they are used.
  • Cash back and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at emerdepot.com.

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final – No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges (Except Defective Items)

Because we supply medical-grade, sterile, and hygiene-sensitive products, all sales are final. Items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they leave our facility, unless the product is defective.

This applies to (includes but is not limited to):

  • Syringes and Needles

  • IV Supplies

  • Wound Care Items

  • Tracheostomy & Respiratory Supplies

  • Urological Products

  • Surgical Tools & Instruments

  • Ostomy Supplies

  • Incontinence Products

  • PPE (gloves, masks, gowns)

  • Thermometers, Probes & Diagnostic Devices

  • Any sterile or single-use medical-grade equipment

These products cannot re-enter the supply chain under any circumstance due to strict infection-control, regulatory, and patient-safety requirements.


Accepted Returns: Defective Items Only

We accept returns or exchanges only for:

  • Defective products, or

  • Non-sterile and non–hygiene-sensitive items

If You Receive a Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  3. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or a resolution where applicable.


Returns & Cancellations Policy

Once products leave our warehouse, they cannot be accepted back, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, it becomes final sale and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

If you request cancellation before the order leaves our facility:

  • A 25% restocking fee will apply

  • Applicable shipping charges will be deducted

EmerDepot-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to inventory issues, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Any applicable refunds will be issued promptly.


Delivery Issues, Missing Items, or Damages

While returns are not accepted, we fully support customers when delivery issues occur.

To qualify for investigation:

  • Report any delivery discrepancy within 48 hours of receipt

  • Claims must be submitted within 6 months of the original order date

Claims beyond this timeframe cannot be investigated due to carrier limitations.
Eligible issues will be reviewed promptly, and replacements or credits will be issued where appropriate.


Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Promotions, Coupons & Cashback Policy

  • Promo codes and cashback offers may not apply to all products

  • Offers are time-limited and cannot be extended

  • Multiple offers cannot be combined

  • EmerDepot may modify or cancel any promotion without notice
