All Sales Are Final – No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges (Except Defective Items)

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and non-returnable unless the item is defective.

Wound Care Items
Tracheostomy and Respiratory Supplies
Urological Care Products
Surgical Tools and Instruments
Ostomy Supplies

PPE (gloves, masks, gowns)
Thermometers, Probes, and Diagnostic Tools
Any sterile or single-use medical-grade equipment

These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances in order to uphold strict health, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Provide your order details and clear photos of the damage or defect.

We will arrange for a replacement as applicable.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Strict No-Return / No-Refund Policy

Due to healthcare regulations, infection-control standards, and safety protocols, all products are final sale. No items may be returned or refunded under any circumstances once they have left our facility.

This policy protects the integrity of our supply chain, ensures patient safety, and maintains compliance with provincial and federal healthcare guidelines.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it becomes final sale and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Delivery Issues, Missing Items, or Damages

Although products cannot be returned, we fully support our customers if an error or shipping issue occurs.

To qualify for investigation and resolution:

Any delivery discrepancy — missing items, incorrect items, or damaged goods — must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
All delivery-related claims must be submitted within 6 months of the original order date.
Claims beyond this timeframe cannot be investigated as carriers and suppliers no longer retain verifiable records.

We review all eligible claims promptly and will arrange a replacement or credit where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Cancellations

EmerDepot reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or inventory issues. Customers will be notified, and any applicable refunds will be processed in a timely manner.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched:

A 25% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if already dispatched.
