EmerDepot Medical Supplies Refund & Return Policy:

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.

  • Accepted Returns:
    • Defective Products
    • Non-defective Products
  • Accepted Exchanges:
    • Exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

Product Condition & Return Window

  • Product Condition: New only (unopened, unused, in original packaging)
  • Return Window: 20 days from the date of delivery

Return Method & Fees

  • Method: In-store return or via courier service (contact customer service before returning)
  • Restocking Fees:
    • 25% of the product price
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund Processing Time: 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product

Non-Returnable Products

Due to sanitation, health, and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products (e.g., face masks, gloves, gowns)
  • Opened or used items
  • Any products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Note: All sales of PPE products are final due to COVID-19 regulations.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at order@emerdepot.com or call 1-888-401-3637 (toll-free).
  2. Provide order details and clear photos of the damage/defect.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Order Cancellations

EmerDepot reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or inability to fulfill the order. Customers will be notified of cancellations, and any applicable refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch:

  • A 25% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • Contact us promptly at order@emerdepot.com.

Promotions, Coupons & Cashback Policy

  • Promo Codes and Cashback offers may not apply to all products.
  • Special coupons are valid for a limited time and cannot be extended after expiry.
  • Multiple offers cannot be combined in a single transaction.
  • EmerDepot reserves the right to cancel any Promo Code or Cashback offer without prior notice.
