We at Emerdepot know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest and sanitized condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible. Depending upon the location, the product is delivered to you in 3 - 12 working days after it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Paid shipping is available on all products, subject to a minimum order value. The whole order amount including any delivery charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled or lost in transit by us.
EmerDepot is committed to ensuring the highest level of sanitation and hygiene for our products, as they are intended for personal health care use.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns of any product, opened or unopened. This policy ensures the sanitation of all products in our warehouse. This includes products that have been changed by the manufacturer as this is beyond our control.

Emerdepot.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
In case of a Return before the actual delivery of the product, there would be a RESTOCKING Fee of 25% and shipping charges deducted from the refund amount.
