Cleansing sodium chloride dressing

Mesalt® is intended for the management of moderate to heavily exuding non-infected/infected wounds such as pressure injuries, foot ulcers and deep wound management e.g. cavity wounds and fistulas.

It absorbs exudates, bacteria and necrotic material and stimulates the wound’s natural cleansing mechanism.
It creates a hypertonic wound environment which is unfavourable to micro-organisms and supports bacterial balance.
It is absorbent non-woven viscose/polyester wound pad and impregnated with crystalline sodium chloride.
