Manufactured from a synthetic copolymer of acrylonitrile, butadiene, and methylacrylic acid (components that comply with FDA CFR 21). High tensile strength and strong permeation resistance against a wide variety of solvents, acids, and bases. Non-staining, non-smudging gloves reduce the risk of contamination to parts or components being handled by the user, even during prolonged wear.

Static-dissipative to inhibit harmful static discharge. Silicone-free material minimizes ionic contaminants and nonvolatile residue (NVR) transfer. Contain no natural rubber latex. AQL level of 1.5 for pinholes. For single use.

Ordering information: Double-bagged in sealed polyethylene cleanroom bags (100 per bag, 10 bags per carton liner). Each carton is double-walled. IPA-resistant ink is used on bag and carton labels.

Powder-Free Nitrile Cleanroom Gloves

These cleanroom gloves are made from nitrile and have a powder-free finish. The nitrile construction provides barrier performance without natural rubber latex. The powder-free design helps minimize unwanted residue during gowning and handling.

The gloves are also silicone-free. This helps minimize ionic contaminants and nonvolatile residue transfer. VWR describes the material as suitable for controlled environments where contamination control is important.

Cleanroom Glove Packaging

The gloves are double-bagged in sealed polyethylene cleanroom bags. Each bag contains 100 gloves. Ten bags are placed inside each carton liner. This provides a total of 1,000 gloves per case.

The gloves are ambidextrous, allowing either hand to wear them. VWR lists sizes from X-Small through 2X-Large, depending on the selected catalog number. The gloves are white and measure approximately 29–31 cm in length.
