Hold the nozzle and attach the mask. Insert 1/3 of the way to secure a tight fit. Place mask over your mouth and press nozzle down to activate oxygen flow.

How long can the Natural Oxygen bottle last?

The oxygen can last up to 200 one-second inhalations, depending upon the size of the can. Whereas, the small can last for 60 one-second inhalations. Medium last for 100 and large last for 200 one-second inhalations.
