Betadine Solution 10% Povidone-Iodine topical solution USP is a dependable germicide broad spectrum antiseptic film-forming, non-staining, and water-soluble. Its active against a wide variety of pathogens in vitro.

Indications:  Pre and postoperative antisepsis.  Disinfection of the skin, mucous membranes, wounds, burns, and lacerations.

  • For the preparation of the skin prior to surgery and injections.
  • Cleansing of minor cuts, scrapes, and burns.
  • Helps prevent and reduce the risk of infection by rapidly killing harmful bacteria, viruses, and germs.
  • Helps treat fungal infections of the skin.
