Built for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, EMS providers, students, educators, and other healthcare professionals, the CORE 500 helps clinicians listen, visualize, record, and review patient exams with greater clarity.

With advanced TrueSound™ technology, the CORE 500 reduces background noise and provides up to 40x amplification, allowing clinicians to hear heart, lung, and body sounds with improved precision. The device also features audio filters for Cardio, Pulmonary, and Wide listening modes.

Your purchase includes a 14-day Eko+ trial, giving access to premium features such as AI-assisted murmur and AFib detection, unlimited recording, patient profile organization, and downloadable PDF reports. After the trial, an Eko+ membership is required to continue using premium features.
